Terms & Conditions – Loyal Aesthetics General

By purchasing a course, booking an appointment, or purchasing products from Loyal Aesthetics, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Lash Appointment Bookings Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through our website. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled at the discretion of Loyal Aesthetics.

Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, no refunds will be provided once a lash service has been completed.

Allergic Reactions

Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions before treatment. Loyal Aesthetics is not liable for reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

Lash Training Course Enrolment

Full payment or an approved payment plan must be completed before access to training materials, classes, or kits is provided.

Course Kits

Training kits are included where specified. Ownership transfers to the student once the kit has been delivered or collected.

Course Access

Course content, training materials, videos, manuals, and resources remain the intellectual property of Loyal Aesthetics and must not be copied, shared, reproduced, or resold.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of course content and training materials, course purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, failure to complete the course, or failure to attend scheduled training sessions.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for completing practical work, following health and safety guidelines, and obtaining any required insurance or business registrations before offering services to paying clients.

Shipping & Delivery

Training kits and products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Loyal Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding, logos, images, videos, manuals, worksheets, and website content remain the property of Loyal Aesthetics and may not be copied, distributed, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

Privacy

Any personal information collected through bookings, purchases, or enquiries will be used solely for providing our services and will be handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws.
