LOYAL AESTHETICS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: June 2026Welcome to Loyal Aesthetics. By purchasing products, enrolling in training courses, or booking services through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Business Information
Loyal Aesthetics operates within New Zealand and provides beauty services, lash training courses, digital content, physical products, and training kits.2. Products & Course Kits
All physical products and training kits are subject to availability.We reserve the right to substitute items within a training kit with equivalent products of equal or greater value if stock becomes unavailable.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final item received.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via NZ Post Tracked & Traced Services.Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has been collected by NZ Post, Loyal Aesthetics is not responsible for courier delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before resending.
4. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.We will assist with lodging an investigation through NZ Post; however, investigation and compensation outcomes remain subject to NZ Post's policies.
5. Online Courses & Training
Course purchases provide access to educational materials for the enrolled student only.Course content, videos, manuals, worksheets, and resources remain the intellectual property of Loyal Aesthetics.
Students must not copy, distribute, reproduce, share login details, or resell any course content.
Breaches may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and online education, course purchases are generally non-refundable.Physical products may be eligible for replacement if faulty or damaged in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Failure to complete a course
- Failure to attend training
7. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments may require a booking fee or deposit.Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by New Zealand consumer law.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for appointment changes where possible.
Failure to attend an appointment may result in loss of any deposit paid.
8. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or contraindications before receiving services.Loyal Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where it may compromise the safety of the client or technician.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, website content, educational resources, training manuals, photographs, graphics, and marketing materials remain the property of Loyal Aesthetics.No material may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Loyal Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, courses, or website.11. Privacy
Customer information collected through our website is used solely for order processing, bookings, course administration, and customer communication.We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil services or comply with legal obligations.
12. Changes to Terms
Loyal Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
